TOOZE, Justice. This is an action by George D. Snyder, as plaintiff, against Seneca Lumber Company, a corporation, Prairie Logging Co., Inc., a corporation, and Long Creek Logging Co., Inc., a corporation, as defendants, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as the result of alleged negligence on the part of defendants. A judgment of voluntary nonsuit was entered in favor of defendant Seneca Lumber Company. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff and against defendants Prairie Logging Co. and Long Creek Logging Co. in the sum of $30,000, and judgment was entered accordingly. The said defendants appeal.
